MaktabPro is school-management software for madrasas and Islamic schools — attendance, Hifz (Qur’an memorization) progress, fee collection, and parent updates over WhatsApp and SMS. It is sold as a subscription, per madrasa, with no per-student charge.

Every madrasa starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is required to begin and the trial does not convert on its own — you pick a plan when you are ready. Annual billing costs 10 months for the year, so two months are free.

Currency and taxes

The prices above are the standard rates for those currencies. We also set prices for a number of other markets — including Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, the Nordics, Singapore, Türkiye, South Africa, and several countries in South Asia and Africa where we price to local purchasing power. You are shown your own currency and amount at checkout before you pay anything.

Sales tax, VAT or GST is calculated at checkout according to where your madrasa is based, and is shown on the payment screen and on your invoice. Depending on the country it may be included in the price shown or added on top — the checkout tells you which.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund windows and our Terms of Service for the full agreement.
