These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MaktabPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act on behalf of your madrasa.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MaktabPro only for lawful purposes and to only enter data you are permitted to process. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access other tenants’ data, or misuse the platform.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) on the cycle shown at checkout. A free trial is available with no card required. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data your madrasa enters. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep MaktabPro available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaktabPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
