Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MaktabPro. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be authorised to act on behalf of your madrasa.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MaktabPro only for lawful purposes and to only enter data you are permitted to process. You must not attempt to disrupt the service, access other tenants’ data, or misuse the platform.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are paid for one month or one year at a time, in the currency shown at checkout — which depends on where your madrasa is based. Nothing renews or charges automatically: when a paid period ends you choose whether to pay for another. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. A free trial is available with no card required. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for when we refund, and our pricing page for current rates.

Payments made to your madrasa

MaktabPro sells software subscriptions only. We are not a payment processor, payment aggregator, payment gateway or money transmitter, and we do not hold, pool or move your funds or anyone else’s. Our fee and donation features are record-keeping: ledgers, receipts and shareable campaign pages.

If your madrasa chooses to accept tuition fees or donations online, it does so on its own merchant account, under its own agreement with its own payment provider. Those payments are between your madrasa and the payer; MaktabPro is not a party to them, takes no share of them, and cannot refund them. You are responsible for your own tax, regulatory and refund obligations to your parents and donors. See How payments work for the full picture.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data your madrasa enters. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or request deletion of your data at any time.

Availability

We work hard to keep MaktabPro available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve features over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaktabPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
